positive steps to on this complex issue to assure
the suppliers are not receiving minerals from the
DRC. Xmultiple has taken the following actions:
has proactively taken measures on the sources and
origins of the above-mentioned minerals to ensure
a conflict-free supply chain.
1. Xmultiple does not accept conflict minerals originating
from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and
its adjoining countries.
Xmultiple suppliers must agree they will not use conflict
minerals from the DRC or areas around or near this
territory and our Conflict Minerals Agreement is signed
by each supplier.
Xmultiple suppliers agree to yearly audits to confirm
no conflict minerals have been used in materials provided
Xmultiple suppliers must conduct their operations
in a socially and environmentally responsible way.
Xmultiple suppliers shall trace the origins of the
minerals used, e.g. Co, Au, Pd, Ta, Sn and W, to ensure
that they are not conflict minerals.
Xmultiple suppliers shall impose the same requirement
on their upstream suppliers.
