Product Warranty and Disclaimer
Warranty
Period (from date of original purchase by end-user) - 90
Day Warranty Products include: XP1Power Rechargeable Battery
Cables.and iXP1-500 USB Power Adapter. The iXP1-500 has
a limited warranty for one year if the unit has not been
damaged from excessive temperatures above the operating
and storage temperature of 0 to 70 degrees C.
Xmultiple
warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship
and to function in accordance with manufacturer's specifications
for the "Warranty Period" shown above. This warranty
extends only to the original end purchaser (the first end
user to purchase new, unused product from a reseller who
in turn has purchased the product directly from Xmultiple
Technologies ("XMULTIPLE") or one of XMULTIPE's
authorized distributors). Please retain your original purchase
receipt; we may require a copy as part of our warranty verification.
No
warranty or liability exists for loss of any data or for
software, nor for damage to computer hardware, caused during
or after installation of the product.
No
warranty or guarantee of any kind shall exist for repair,
replacement or refund of any item damaged directly or indirectly
as a result of installation or use of the product. Acceptance
of this product constitutes purchaser's agreement that XMULTIPE's
sole obligation under this warranty shall be repair or replacement
of the product or refund of the full original purchase price,
at XMULTIPLE's option. Under no circumstances whatsoever
will more than the full original purchase price of the product
be deemed payable, regardless of the circumstances causing
the claim.
No
warranty exists for damage or destruction of a willful nature,
caused deliberately by any person or arising from use of
the product for anything other than its intended use by
the manufacturer and/or distributor. No warranty exists
for repairs of any damages caused by natural disasters,
terrorism or acts of God, including electrical surges or
static electricity emissions. No warranty exists for damages
resulting from modifications made to the product by any
unauthorized person.
Product
Returns: You must obtain an RMA number before returning
product to XMULTIPLE, and that number must be clearly marked
on the outside of your package or it will be refused for
security reasons. Use a shipping method requiring our signature,
for your protection, and pack the product securely. Do NOT
use a standard envelope, as postal mailing machines will
frequently damage the ShareDrive, ShareDrive Accessory or
other Xmultiple product you are returning.
